Our Warehouses are in China and all of our orders are shipped from China. ZESICA ships the goods to 37 countries around the world, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing(quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.)
It usually takes 2-5 business days to process your order, We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Please note the processing time is NOT included in the overall "shipping time"

You don't need to worry about your order. It would usually arrive on time unless there are unpredictable factors (bad weather etc.) which cause delay. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Chinese holiday reminder: During Chinese holidays, Such as Chinese New Year,Chinese National Day, Labour Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Qingming Festival, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

We will e-mail you if you order is delivered or there is any unsuccessful delivery.
Please contact us within 30 days since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
