      Cancellation Policy:  
      Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours after purchase. The buyer needs to contact us first for the reason, our sales manager will arrange it for you soon. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. Any orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled.

      30 Day Returns Warranty:
      Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center:service@zesica.com.

      ZESICA's Solutions:

      1. If the return is caused by the consumer(for example, you just change your mind or don't like the item/items), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

      2. If due to our reasons, the goods received is damaged,defective or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee of return.

      3. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

      How to return the order or arange an exchange?
      1. Please contact us first if you want to return the order, and tell us the item(s) you want to return for a refund, if you want to return for an exchange, please tell us the color and the color of the item(s) you want to exchange to. 
      2.You will get the Return Address from our support team. 

      3. Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.
      4. The most important step is, please send us your return tracking number and shipping company to us. Without this info, we can't apply any refund or exchange for a return.
      6. You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package will be delivered to us. 
      7. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund or exchange for you in 3-6 working days.

      * Additional notes about Warranty *
      1. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
      2. If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
      We do not accept returns on intimates, lingeries or beauty items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

      Compensation time-frame:
      For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
      After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
      Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
      Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
